30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Returned with all original packaging, protective films, tags, and accessories intact
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at:Include your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Processing time is 5–10 business days after approval
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged watch, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
